Minarium is hosting an Oktoberfest Painting Contest to celebrate Oktoberfest and give the community a reason to paint. Entrants download and print the official contest model, paint it, and post a photo of their finished piece on Instagram. Two winners will be chosen: one by a panel of judges and one by the community.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Creating a free Minarium.com account and downloading the model does not cost anything.
Limit one entry (one painted Beermaiden mini) per person. You're welcome to post more than one photo of that same mini. If you post more than one different painted mini, only the first one you posted will be judged.
By posting with #MinariumPaintingContest, you confirm the painted work is your own and give Minarium.com permission to view, share, and repost your entry photo (with credit to your Instagram handle) on Minarium's social media, website, and marketing materials, for the purpose of running and promoting this contest.

The Vault is Minarium's cloud storage built for your 3D STL file collection.
Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for other items, or redeemed for cash beyond the stated amount. Minarium.com may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any taxes owed on their prize. Winners may be asked to fill out a W-9 or similar tax form before the cash prize is paid.
1st Prize is chosen by a panel of 3 judges (to be announced). Judges will score entries on paint quality, technique, and overall presentation. Judges' decisions are final.
People's Choice is awarded to the qualifying entry with the most likes on its Instagram post as of 11:59 PM CT on October 31, 2026. In the event of a tie, Minarium.com staff will select the winner from the tied entries based on paint quality.
Only entries that follow the How to Enter rules above (public post, correct hashtag, official model, posted during the entry period) are eligible to be judged or counted for likes.

Winners will be announced on Minarium's Instagram account and contacted by direct message using the Instagram handle they entered with. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Minarium.com reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Sponsor. This contest is sponsored by Minarium LLC (Contact@minarium.com).
Original work. Your entry must be your own painting work on the official Beermaiden model. Entries painted by someone else, or that use AI-generated or stock images instead of a real photo of a printed mini, will be disqualified.
Publicity release. By entering, you agree that Minarium LLC may use your name, Instagram handle, and entry photo to announce winners and promote this contest and future contests, without additional compensation.
Release of liability. By entering, you release Minarium LLC, DKP Miniatures, and Instagram/Meta from any liability related to this contest, including any loss, injury, or damage connected to your entry, participation, or receipt of a prize. Minarium LLC is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical issues with Instagram.
Not sponsored by Instagram. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Any questions or comments must be directed to Minarium LLC, not Instagram.
Right to cancel or change. Minarium LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this contest, or these rules, at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the contest's integrity, as permitted by applicable law.
Disputes. These rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Privacy. Information collected from entrants will be used only to administer this contest and will not be sold to third parties.
