“The art of butchering, captures all the senses. The sight of it, the sound of it, the smell and taste of it that lingers in the air…. There are many artisans who sell their goods in the Torbridge Cull market, but the artistry that emanates from the butcher’s is the most engrossing, by far.” – Demett Felp, a town square regular

There is little in this world more visceral than a butcher’s work. So public, yet the implications of our own mortality cuts to the bone.
